Neuromuscular Therapy that Michele designs is very unique and effective. She is very knowledgeable and she always tries to find classes that she can take to improve her sessions for clients. I have been to five sessions so far and I really enjoy it. Every session is different. She always brings in her coaching methods and new tools. It is not only a great place to learn new methods for pain relief; it is also a good way to find a tool that works for your body. Overall, I am happy with the results and I have been enjoying using the tools that she recommends. She definitely can help you get better too!
Chapter 1: Early 20's
In your early 20s you have to figure out who you want to be – at this age you really don’t know who you are.
You feel lost – you’re excited – but you’re lost. In many ways you’re just figuring things out.
You’re doing a lot of exploring, there’s a lot of uncertainty, and even anxiety just because you haven’t figured out who you really want to be.
Even the way you dress, who you are, hang out around with, and your personal code of conduct is a bit all over the place as you discern for yourself what is truly for you and what is not.
Chapter 2: Mid 30's
In your 30’s you pretty much have decided what you want as an occupation, whether you’re working for yourself, or you’re working for a company – either way, it’s all about working -making money.
You’re not really thinking about taking care of yourself. You’re thinking about making money.
That’s how you take care of yourself.
It’s all making money and doing –working up the ladder, buliding your business, and simply making it happen.
It all feels ‘do or die’.
Chapter 3: 40's and Beyond!
40’s and behond is the best time of your life!
You have been released from so much bullsh*t!
You know what’s important, you want to spend time with the people that you love, and they love you back.
You simply don’t put up with anything that isn’t serving you.
You really speak your truth.
Your priorities finally get to revolve around what makes you happy, makes you feel vibrant, joyful, and simply blissful!
You just settle in and enjoying your life.

Chapter:1: Start with Gratitude
Having a strong Gratitude practice is essential for your Goddess growth.
This helps to instill trust your inner Goddess so that you can trully surrenderto the things you have no control over so you can make more room for the things you are embodying, creating, and exploring!
In this program we will approach gratitude in a whole new way. It isn’t simply a lovely emotion, it is a state of being that when embodied you feel throughout your entire being!
Chapter 2: Healthy Mindset Habits
Taking care of your body by eating healthy and pampering it is the next step in embodying your inner Goddess.
Your body is deserves to be treated with self-care practices that honor your physical and mental health.
In this program we will explore the many ways you can pamper and nurture your physical self so that your inner Goddess is not only seen, but felt throughout every part of your being!
Chapter3: Embrace The Divine Feminine
For many, masculinity is a symbol of absolute power and too often, femininity is seen as a form of weakness or a subordinate status.
In this program you will look past this state of mind and celebrate the many unique strengths of femininity.
You will do this by creating a safe space for yourself where you can relax and feel comfortable and empowered in your body and in your environment. Doing this will help you to truly ‘sit on your throne’ in your every day life – regardless of the stresses that come your way.
Chapter 4: Own your unique Goddess Style
Goddesses come in many forms, so there is a lot of freedom to develop your own style. Popular representations of goddesses depict women wearing flattering, yet modest, clothes that have a classic and romantic style to them.
What is your unique Goddess style?
Let’s have fun with it and excentuate your unique approach to self expression and ease with your style!
Giving yourself permission to present yourself in a way that isn’t conforming or ‘expected’ is empowering and fun!
Chapter 5: Own Your Values and Feminine Power
Accepting and listening to your own feelings and emotions in any situation takes practice and patience.
All too often our minds go to ‘fix’ or ‘serve’ in times of stress or uncertainty. Our intentions turn away from ourselves. Taking the time to pause and listen to our own intuition starts with knowing what our own values and objectives for our lives are BEFORE anything else. This is where integrity begins.
In order to find your inner goddess, it’s important that you find peace within yourself.
Chapter 6: Fuel Your Body Like a Goddess
In this program we will explore the many ways you can fuel your Goddess temple so that you have the energy, vitality, and presence of the Goddess within.
